The new Scrip year has begun and new 2011-2012 registration rebate forms need to be filled out. Orders placed for out of stock items by 10:30 Friday morning will be ready by 9:30 a.m. the following Friday with the exception of Publix.
 
All those who earned enough to qualify for a rebate should have received a statement. If you have any questions regarding your rebate please email your question to HTEAScrip@HTES.Org
 

What is Scrip? 

Scrip is simply a word that means, “substitute money” - in other words Scrip is gift cards from national and local retailers. They’re the same gift cards/certificates you buy at the store. Many popular retailers include Macy’s, The Gap, Pizza Hut, Darden Restaurants, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Winn-Dixie and many others.  

How does it work?

It’s simple - Scrip participating retailers agree to sell gift certificates to Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy at a discount. Holy Trinity families like yours buy the certificates for full face value, then redeem them for full face value and our school gets the difference as fundraising revenue. 

The beauty of Scrip is that you put your regular household shopping dollars to work. HTEA families earn tuition rebate and fundraising dollars for our school without spending a single additional penny. Just turn your regular shopping dollars into Scrip cards from participating retailers and you’ll earn tuition rebate or fundraising dollars for the money you would spend any way.  That is 67% of the proceeds of your purchases will go toward your student tuition rebate while 33% will go toward financial assistance.

How do I know this will work for me?

If you’d like to see what kind of difference using the Scrip program can contribute to your tuition rebate, use the link on the right for the Budget Savings Worksheet. Filling that out will give you an idea of how much money you could be earning toward your tuition rebate. 

How do I get onboard?

1.      At the Start of each new school year fill out the Family Enrollment Form, designate how you’d like your funds to be used and method of acceptance. 

2.      Use the link to the right to find out which cards are kept “in stock” (subject to availability) for quick access and place order on that form.

3.      If you don’t see a store on the in-stock list, check this list to see the full list of participating retailers. Please note that there will be a delivery delay for non-stock cards.

Fill out all forms necessary and return them to the Gallery office at the Lower School or the Front office at the Upper School by any Monday. Orders that are placed on Monday by 10am will be available that Friday.
