Join Our Team! Members of our faculty and staff share the academy's longstanding commitment to excellence. Our employee community includes nearly 150 people. While faculty members have primary responsibility for teaching our students, there are many employees who support the academy in our academic, guidance, technology or business offices, and in other important support roles.
