The Holy Trinity Way
Honor Code
Living a life of honor is considered the "Holy Trinity Way." In 1999, a group of 9th grade students collaborated and created the honor code which is signed annually by 4th through 12th graders.
I, as a member of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy community, do
understand and will abide by the values of the spirit of honor: honesty, integrity,
responsibility, sportsmanship and stewardship.
Leadership
The “spirit of honor” embodied in the Honor Code comes to life through the Character Education Program. Character education begins at the Lower School level with monthly virtues, weekly classroom lessons, puppetry, and related community service projects. A strong cadre of teachers, volunteers, and community speakers enriches and supports the long-held core values of the academy.
Students are surrounded with a balanced environment that leads to success in academics as well as life. The emphasis on academic excellence combined with social responsibility reaffirms positive values and instills newfound confidence.
Learned values from the Character Education Program are put into action through participation in outreach programs that support a variety of needs and address issues that affect both the local community as well as the global world. Our students, graduates, and families are engaged as a community to make a difference. Visit our Leadership page to read more and see the opportunities we provide for students of all ages.
