Welcome Helen Dillon! Helen is the new scrip coordinator as of May 1 2013. Helen has been learning the process since August. She is very dedicated to growing the scrip program and having more families realize the benefits.
Dr. Dillon has 2 young boys at Holy Trinity in the preschool and elementary programs. You will find Helen in the Gallery most mornings stop by and congratulate her and maybe volunteer. She will need volunteers at the lower campus, to help with scrip. Can you give less than one hour a week, or a month ~ Mornings 8-8:45 or afternoons 2:45 - 3:30. Say “I can” then stop by or email HTEAScrip@htes.org
Orders can be left, or filled orders can be picked up with the front office at the upper campus and with the gallery office at the lower campus. Orders placed for out of stock items by 10:00 am Friday morning will be ready the following Friday with the exception of Publix.

What is Scrip?
Scrip is simply a word that means, “substitute money” - in other words Scrip is gift cards from national and local retailers. They’re the same gift cards/certificates you buy at the store. Many popular retailers include Publix, Walmart, Macy’s, The Gap, Pizza Hut, Darden Restaurants, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Winn-Dixie and many others. How does it work?
It’s simple. Scrip participating retailers agree to sell gift certificates to Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy at a discount. Holy Trinity families like yours buy the certificates for full face value, then redeem them for full face value and our school gets the difference as fundraising revenue.
The beauty of Scrip is that you put your regular household shopping dollars to work. HT families earn tuition rebate and fundraising dollars for our school without spending a single additional penny. Just turn your regular shopping dollars into Scrip cards from participating retailers, and you’ll earn tuition rebate or fundraising dollars for the money you would spend any way. When you buy Scrip, 67% of the proceeds of your purchases will go toward your student tuition rebate while 33% will go toward the general financial assistance fund.
How do I know this will work for me?
If you’d like to see what kind of difference using the Scrip program can contribute to your tuition rebate, use the link on the right for the Budget Savings Worksheet. Filling that out will give you an idea of how much money you could be earning toward your tuition rebate.
How do I get onboard?
1. At the start of each new school year, fill out the Family Enrollment Form, designate how you’d like your funds to be used and method of acceptance.
2. Use the link to the right to find out which cards are kept “in stock” (subject to availability) for quick access and place orders on that form.
3. If you don’t see a store on the in-stock list, check this list to see the full list of participating retailers. Please note that there will be a delivery delay for non-stock cards.
Fill out all forms necessary and return them to the Gallery office at the Lower School or the Front office at the Upper School by any Monday. Orders that are placed on Monday by 10am will be available the following Friday.
