Application Process

We are currently reaching capacity for the 2021-2022 school year with limited openings available in Early Childhood and grades 1, 2, and 5, but we are accepting applications and supporting documents for our waitlist candidate pool. Please note, in the event we are able to consider students for admission from our waitlist candidate pool, we will be evaluating students admission materials including their report cards, testing and recommendations in a holistic review.

Thank you for your interest in Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy. The application for the 2022-23 school year will open on October 1st. If you haven’t already done so, please submit an inquiry HERE which will put you in our system to be notified when the application opens.

We’re excited you’ve chosen to apply to Holy Trinity! Complete the steps below to begin the enrollment process.

Step 1

Visit our Virtual Admissions Experience to take a sneak peek at our beautiful campuses and see our exceptional programs and educational opportunities in action! 

In addition, complete our Online Inquiry Form or contact our Admissions Office so we can send you additional materials to help you learn more about Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy!

Step 2

Let us get to know you! We'll get in touch with you to schedule campus tour, student interview, and on-campus screening if applicable.

Step 3

Thank you for your interest in Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy. The application for the 2022-23 school year will open on October 1st. Look for more information from us at that time!
By completing the application form and submitting your $50 application fee, you will be automatically added to our wait list. If space is available, your application will be considered for enrollment. If space is not available at the time of your application, you will be notified when space becomes available in order to continue the admissions process.

Step 4

Carefully review the additional Grade Level Criteria and submit the appropriate Teacher/School Recommendation Forms, available in the menu at the right. All student applicants should give the appropriate recommendation forms to current teacher(s) and administrators for completion. Completed recommendation forms should be sent directly to Holy Trinity Admissions Office.

Step 5

Submit academic records and requested documents. Student applicants are required to submit the following academic records:

  • Copy of recent standardized test results
  • Copy of most recent report card
  • Copy of year-end grades from previous school year

Step 6

Our Admissions Office will review all submitted materials, and once a decision is made, we will present you with a registration form and tuition contract for you to complete. We’re thrilled to welcome you and your child to the Holy Trinity family!
