Application Process

Applying to Private School at HT is Easier Than You Think.

Step 1

If you are considering applying for admission, please complete our Online Inquiry Form or contact our Admissions Office. We will contact you and send you additional materials to help you learn more about Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy, Brevard's premier private school. 

Step 2

Schedule a visit and a tour of the campus.

Step 3

Complete the Application Form

By completing the application form and submitting your $50 application fee, you will be automatically added to our wait list. If space is available, your application will be considered for enrollment. If space is not available at the time of your application, you will be notified when space becomes available in order to continue the admissions process.

Step 4

Carefully review the additional Grade Level Criteria and submit the appropriate Teacher/School Recommendation Forms, available in the menu at the right. All student applicants should give the appropriate recommendation forms to current teacher(s) and administrators for completion. Completed recommendation forms should be sent directly to Holy Trinity Admission Office.

Step 5

Submit academic records and requested documents. Student applicants are required to submit the following academic records:

  • Copy of recent standardized test results
  • Copy of most recent report card
  • Copy of year-end grades from previous school year

Step 6

Student interview and on-campus screening if applicable.

Step 7

Admission Committee reviews application materials. Once an Admission decision is made, a Registration Form and Tuition Contract must be completed.
