Financial aid funds at Holy Trinity are limited, and are made available through a combination of resources. These include annual giving, endowment income, and a specified percent of general operating income as designated annually by the Holy Trinity Board. The process is managed by the Financial Assistance Committee.
FACTS
Financial aid grants are based on the financial need of a family, as demonstrated through an analysis by
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, an independent vendor serving more than 6,000 schools nationwide. The calculated results from FACTS indicate what each family should be able to contribute for tuition. This figure does not guarantee the amount of tuition aid that we may offer; it gives the Financial Assistance Committee a guide to use when determining how much, if any, financial aid will be offered to a family.
While the school attempts to be equitable in providing assistance based on need, the Financial Assistance Committee must consider lifestyle choices made by families in the acquisition of homes, boats, cars, and “extras,” such as club memberships. Awards granted do not apply to uniforms, lunch, transportation, field trips, or other discretionary charges.
You may complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment at any time during the application process; you do not need to wait until your registration has been completed. If financial aid is denied by either the school or the family, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded if the child does not attend Holy Trinity for that school year. Please be assured that all information from FACTS is kept strictly confidential. Begin the

Acceptance Policy
Once the Financial Assistance Committee has determined the amount of the award, families will be notified by email from FACTS. Families need to reply to the Business Office by the specified date in the email to accept their award. If it is not returned within the required timeframe, the assistance may be given to another family.
