Yearbook Distribution: Monday, June 22

We are excited to announce that the 2019-2020 yearbooks have arrived!
The yearbook staff has organized a drive-through to pick up yearbooks on Monday, June 22, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Please know that only family members can pick up their own books. Friends will NOT be able to pick up yearbooks for students NOT in their family. Siblings can pick up for their sibling(s). If you have multiple children in grades 7-12, please look at the schedule and come at the time of your oldest child. Please note, this is for Upper School yearbooks only; Lower School yearbooks will be available in early August.
 
There are some extra yearbooks for sale, and they can still be ordered via this website.  The ordering site will close on midnight Saturday, June 20. These books are available on a first-come, first-served basis. NO CASH or CHECKS will be accepted during the drive-through. 
 
Please review the schedule and instructions below in their entirety to ensure an orderly and safe exchange. Please also be aware that the school access drives are under construction. The carline is NOT accessible, and all traffic will need to enter and exit through the Pineda entrance. The Pineda entrance is also still under construction, and has moved slightly east, so please use caution and drive slowly.  
 
Directions for the Drive-Through
  • Find your grade below and arrive during your designated time window. (This is based on the grade from the 2019-2020 school year).
  • Upon arrival, turn into the school at the Pineda entrance, and proceed to the line forming in the parking lot parallel to the front of the school. An HT employee or yearbook staff member will direct you.
  • Remain in your car and roll down your window so the yearbook staff or HT employee can get your name and how many yearbooks you will be picking up.
  • The staff member will return to your car and ask you to sign a yearbook pick up verification form for our records.
  • PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR CAR the entire time.
  • Once you have signed the verification form, you will receive your yearbook and may exit the parking lot.
  • If you are unable to pick up your yearbook during the times, the yearbooks will be in the front office Monday through Thursday during the summer from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Questions?
