• What is continuous enrollment?

  • To better serve our Holy Trinity community, we simplified our annual enrollment process by transitioning to continuous enrollment, which eliminates the need for you to fill out electronic paperwork every year. Instead, students are continuously enrolled each year until graduation, or you tell us otherwise.
  • Rather than an opt-in annual enrollment process, continuous enrollment is an opt-OUT process. In other words, if you are returning to Holy Trinity after initially enrolling, you will never have to fill out another enrollment contract.
  • We assume you will return unless you inform us by completing the online opt-out form before February 15, 2024.
  • No student will be considered for enrollment for the 2024-2025 academic year unless their billing account is current, and they are in good academic standing.
  • Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy reserves the right to withdraw acceptance and terminate the enrollment contract should the student not satisfactorily complete the current school year either academically or behaviorally.

• How does continuous enrollment benefit me?

  With increasing enrollment and potential wait pools in many grades, continuous enrollment ensures your student will be assured a seat until their graduation or until you tell us they will not return for an upcoming school year.

• Does a continuous enrollment contract guarantee enrollment for my child?

  No, each family is required to abide by policies set forth in the Family Handbook. Holy Trinity reserves the right to dismiss or not offer a contract to students who violate school policies.

• Do I still have to pay a enrollment deposit?

  Yes. an enrollment deposit is still required each year. This non-refundable deposit will be automatically applied to your student’s FACTS account on or about March 1^st and will be applied to their tuition for the upcoming school year.

• How is the continuous enrollment deposit collected?

  The required enrollment deposit will be paid through FACTS - our online tuition management system. Payments can be made by credit card or e-check through FACTS. Unless the school receives an opt-out form by February 15, 2024, the deposit will be billed. 

• How do families financially commit to returning each year?

  • Tuition rates for the following year will be made available to parents on the Parent Resources in onCampus, on or before December 15.
  • The school will continue to bill parents under the same payment plan unless notified in writing otherwise. 
  • If the student is enrolled for the 2023-24 school year, the Chief Financial Officer must receive a written termination notice by submitting the opt out form by February 15, 2024.
  • Note that the enrollment deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable as outlined in the enrollment contract.

• What if I am behind in my account?

  • All accounts must be current in order to keep your continuous enrollment status active.
  • Need-based Financial Aid/Tuition Assistance will only be awarded when accounts are current.

• I am enrolling a new sibling of a current student. What do I need to do?

  Enrolling a sibling of a current student is the same as enrolling a new student. Each student will have his or her own continuous enrollment contract. Refer to the Admissions web page for detailed application instructions.

• Is there a penalty if I opt out and then decide to enroll later?

  Families who complete an online opt-out form or otherwise notify Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy they will not be returning for the upcoming school year, and later decide to enroll must contact the Admission Office for space availability. There is no guarantee of a seat for that student. A new contract will have to be submitted and a late enrollment fee will be charged.
