Early Childhood: Preschool, Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten

At Holy Trinity, our Early Childhood program addresses the developmental needs of the whole child in a safe, loving and spiritually rich environment where each child can progress according to his/her learning style and developmental level.

The exceptional curriculum for preschool, pre-kindergarten and kindergarten is coordinated with the Elementary program so that there is a seamless transition to first grade. Enrichment classes including art, music, computers, STEAM Lab, and physical education offer our earliest learners the opportunity to explore, create and discover outside the traditional classroom environment.

Our Early Childhood program fosters in each student a lifelong love of learning:

  • Hands-on and engaging activities encourage social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
  • Projects challenge critical thinking in the areas of language, literacy, mathematics, science, social studies, and the arts.
  • Guided discoveries are accommodated through a wide variety of experiences including play and creative movement.
  • Social skills and self/emotional regulation are developed through the instruction of the I Care Rules in conjunction with the Conscious Discipline program. Our Early Childhood program focuses on connection and consistency so that our students can feel confident in resolving conflicts in a peaceful way and learn in a safe and respectful environment.
