Our school offers an academically challenging college prep curriculum in an environment that reflects the joy and peace of Christian values. We are deeply committed to providing a seamless system of education in preschool through twelfth grade.
Each year our seniors visit the Lower School to return to their roots, take a group photo with HT preschoolers, read with Kindergartners, participate in the Cap & Gown Blessing, share advice with sixth graders, learn from recent alumni about transitioning to college, hear from representatives of their class, and much more. This special tradition is one that the faculty, Lower School students and of course, the seniors, look forward to all year.
What is National History Day? I’m glad you asked! National History Day is an event in which schools all over the United States create exhibits, performances, websites, papers and documentaries on historical topics that interest them.
Homework can be time-consuming and stressful, but it doesn’t have to be! Introducing positive, healthy study habits now can put your whole family on the path for more productive, peaceful study sessions that set your child up for independence and success in the long run.
I still remember the day my first grade teacher shared with the class the cover I made for an assignment. I do not remember the teacher’s name, the assignment, or what grade I received, but the memory of the achievement and recognition is still clear.
