The Arts

The Fine Arts Program Encourages Students' Creative Spirit

At Holy Trinity, students are encouraged to explore a wealth of fine and performing arts, rounding out their academic and athletic pursuits. Vertical teaming assures the students that there is a planned progression throughout the student’s school career, and they have the opportunity to explore their creative side under the direction of educators who are passionate about the arts as well as teaching.

Beginning in Elementary School

  • Grade-level musical performances
  • Weekly art classes, Masterpiece of the Month program, in-studio artwork creation and annual K-6 art show
  • Music, Orff Ensemble and Band

Continuing in Middle School and High School

  • Music elective offerings including multiple skill-levels of Band, Chorus and Orchestra 
  • Acting/Drama courses and annual junior high and high school performances
  • Visual arts offerings including Photography, Computer Graphics, Ceramics, Drawing/Painting
  • Honors arts classes including Newspaper, Yearbook, Concert Choir, Acting and Band  
  • Advanced Placement (AP) arts courses including Computer Graphics, Studio Art, Music Theory and Digital Photography 
  • Award-winning yearbook program
  • Exhibitions and Festivals
  • Competitions and Assessments - Campus-wide, Local Community, Statewide

Upon graduation, students are prepared with a wide array of skills and a deeper understanding of their artistic disciplines. Some of our alumni have gone on to pursue their dreams at such institutions as Savannah College of Art and Design, Academy of Art University, and Fashion Institute of Technology, as well as photography and arts programs at top U.S. colleges and universities.
