• Step 1: Complete Inquiry Form

  Complete our Online Inquiry Form or contact our Admissions Office so we can send you additional materials to help you learn more about applying to Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy.

• Step 2: Complete an Application Form

  Complete an admissions application. Applications are available on September 1 for the following school year, with a February 15 priority deadline.
  
  By completing the application form and submitting the non-refundable $100 application fee, you will be assigned an admissions checklist outlining supporting documents to submit in consideration for admission. After we receive your application, your child will be added to our candidate pool for the grade in which they are applying.
  
  

  Submissions after the February 15 priority deadline will be considered on a rolling basis from our candidate wait pool given availability and completion of admissions checklist items listed below.

• Step 3: Tour Our Campus

  We encourage families to visit our beautiful campuses and see our exceptional programs and educational opportunities in action. Please let us know if you would like to schedule a campus tour or attend an upcoming Preview Day.

• Step 4: Complete Your Checklist

  Carefully review your student's admissions checklist in the application portal and upload the required supplemental materials by February 15. You will be able to request Teacher/School recommendations directly through the portal so be sure to have the appropriate contact information (email address). Please also read the High School and Lower School additional application considerations.

• Step 5: Application Complete!

  Our Admissions Office will holistically review all submitted materials and, once a decision is made, will send you an email correspondence regarding your admissions status and next steps.
