Mrs. Power

College: B.A. in Psychology, California State University, Chico; Teacher Education Program, Florida Southern College.

 

Career: Mrs. Power has more than 20 years of experience in elementary education and perviously served at Viera Charter School, where she has taught kindergarten, first grade, second grade, and a 504/Gifted Resource Teacher. In addition to her classroom experience, Mrs. Power has held numerous leadership roles including Team Leader, Vertical Team Leader, Kindergarten Roundup Coordinator, and Scholastic Book Fair Chair. She was honored as Teacher of the Year for 2018-2019 and holds certifications in Elementary Education, ESOL, Exceptional Student Education, Gifted Education, and Reading.
