About Vicky Hurst
Vicky Hurst, HT Class of 2008, was a member of the boys’ golf team at Holy Trinity and the No. 1 golfer for three seasons. Throughout her high school golf years, Hurst was one of the best young golfers in the state, capturing a host of trophies, including the Florida Women’s State Golf Association Junior Girls’ Championship’s “Junior Player of the Year.” She was widely recruited by college golf coaches her senior year, but instead chose to turn professional and join the LPGA Tour in 2008 at just 17. She qualified for full playing status in 2009. -
