  Joe Madigan

  Joe Madigan is the Director of Recruitment Outreach at Florida Southern College, where he has worked since 2013. He began his admissions career in 2006 and has held roles at Niagara University, Trocaire College, St. Bonaventure University, the University of Florida, and Eastern Florida State College. At Florida Southern, Joe leads recruitment strategy, supports admissions team goals, and builds strong relationships with high schools and counselors. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Niagara University.

  Farah Kashlan

  Farah Kashlan is the Director of Development & Recruitment in the College of Engineering, a role she has held for a decade. She previously worked at Agnes Scott College as Associate Director of Capital Gifts and at Target Market Teams as Director of Strategic Initiatives. Farah earned her bachelor’s degree from Agnes Scott College and her master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgia Tech.

  Krista Evans

  Krista Evans is the Dean of Admissions at Lafayette College, where she leads recruitment efforts for domestic, international, and transfer students and oversees campus events and communications. Before joining Lafayette in 2023, she spent four years at Kutztown University in admissions and enrollment leadership and spent nearly two decades at Lehigh University, including serving as Director of Admissions. Krista is very active in PACAC and NACAC, has served in multiple leadership roles, and recently received PACAC’s Delwin K. Gustafson Award for her dedication to the profession. She holds degrees from Penn State and Lehigh University.

  Anne Miller

  Anne Miller is an Admission Counselor at Rollins College, where she has worked for the past three and a half years. A Rollins alum, Anne graduated in 2020 with a degree in English. Before working in admissions, she taught high school English, which helps her relate easily to students and families as they navigate the college search process.

  Neil Patrickson

  Neil Patrickson is the Florida Regional Recruiter for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, bringing almost 10 years of admissions experience to his role. Before joining UT, he worked in several admissions positions at Flagler College and served as the North American Regional Manager for Edinburgh Napier University. Neil specializes in first-year recruitment, application review, and connecting with students and families. He graduated from Flagler College with a degree in Communication.
