We’re excited that you are interested in applying to Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy.
 
Applications for the 2024-2025 school year are open! Please complete an inquiry to start the application process if you have not done so already. Our priority application deadline is January 15, 2024 with supporting materials due February 15, 2024.

Our Priority application deadline for the 2023-2024 school year has passed. At this point, we are at or near capacity in most grade levels for the 2023-2024 school year. If you would like for your student to be considered in our applicant wait pool for the 2023-2024 school year, you can complete an application. As you proceed through the application process, we will contact you about opportunities to visit campus.
 
Applications will open for the 2025-2026 school year on September 1, 2024. If you would like to be included in updates on the admissions process and upcoming events for prospective families, please complete an inquiry.


Step 1

Complete our Online Inquiry Form or contact our Admissions Office so we can send you additional materials to help you learn more about applying to Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy.


Step 2

Complete an admissions application. Applications are available on September 1 for the following school year, with a January 15 priority deadline.

By completing the application form and submitting the non-refundable $75 application fee, you will be assigned an admissions checklist outlining supporting documents to submit in consideration for admission. After we receive your application, your child will be added to our candidate pool for the grade in which they are applying.

Submissions after the January 15 priority deadline will be considered on a rolling basis from our candidate wait pool given availability and completion of admissions checklist items listed below.


Step 3

We encourage families to visit our beautiful campuses and see our exceptional programs and educational opportunities in action. Please let us know if you would like to schedule a campus tour or attend an upcoming Open House.


Step 4

Carefully review the admissions checklist assigned to you in the application portal as well as the High School and Lower School list of additional considerations. You will be able to request Teacher/School references via email ; be sure to have the appropriate contact information (email address) for all references. Additionally, the following academic records and supporting documents must be submitted before February 15.

  • Copy of recent standardized test results
  • Copy of most recent report card or transcripts (grades 9-12)
  • Copy of year-end grades from previous school year

We will then contact you to schedule interviews, on-campus screenings, and testing, if applicable.


Step 5

Our Admissions Office will holistically review all submitted materials and, once a decision is made, will send you an email correspondence regarding your admissions status and next steps.

Enrollment decisions for new students will take place between mid-to-late March and the end of June.
