US Transcript Request

To process transcript requests, your HTEA account must be current. If transcript is being requested for withdrawal from HTEA, I understand that I must pay a withdrawal fee of $3500 per child. If you need a transcript for a purpose other than what is listed above, please contact your academic or college advisor.

Transcript Types:

OFFICIAL (for sending directly to 3rd party organizations including colleges/universities, scholarship organizations, summer programs or other high schools)
UNOFFICIAL (college athletic recruitment or personal copy)

All request for transcripts will be processed by the College Office. Prior to fulfilling all transcript requests, a student's HT account must be confirmed as current. All requests require a minimum of 10 school days to process. Official transcripts and other materials from the school (including recommendations) are sent directly form the HTEA College Office to the third party receiving organization.

Students who need a letter of recommendation or other paperwork (for college admissions, a summer program or any other educational purpose) from an HTEA faculty or staff member must initiate the request through the College Office. All letters of recommendation are mailed directly to the third party. The College Office oversees the process to ensure that a thorough and comprehensive package is presented to the third party organization.

RELEASE OF TRANSCRIPT - I hereby authorize the release of my child's (above named student) high school transcript by Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy to the above named institution.
