Important Reminders & Lunch Orders

Dear Parents,
 
This week marked the official return of our faculty to campus, beginning with a prayer service on Wednesday. We are thankful to have our teachers back on campus with us and recently have welcomed a few new faculty and staff to the HT family! We cannot wait to welcome your students back to school on Wednesday, Sept. 2, either in-person or via remote learning.
 
Remote or In-Person Learning?
If you intend to have your student return to school remotely, you must complete this intent form no later than Aug. 17. If you would like more information about our remote learning option, please review the guidelines, expectations and sample schedules on our Back to School portal. Here, you’ll also find our Health and Safety Plan and video, face covering policy, and our frequently asked questions. Please be sure to check back often, as we continue to update our FAQs as we receive questions.

Please complete your required forms as soon as possible. Log in to onCampus and click the Back to School Paperwork button. 
 
August Enrichment Opportunities
Our August back to school programs are off to a great start and will continue for the next few weeks. The majority of these programs are either free or low cost, and are intended to help students get back into “academic mode” for the coming school year.  Browse Lower School enrichment programs. Register for Upper School enrichment programs. We invite all school families to join our Upper School chapel services on Wednesdays in August at 5 p.m., in person or remotely via Chaplain Jared’s YouTube channel.
 
Lunch Orders
Lunch orders for both campuses are now open! Orders must be placed online via Google form (see links below). 
  • Orders received before 8/28 will be available for students for the first week of school, Sept. 2-4.
  • Orders received before 9/4 will be ready for students the second week of school, Sept. 8-11. 
  • A separate form for changes/updates will be made available in September.
  • To provide more sanitary transitions, all window purchases will now be cashless at both campuses. Students may charge their account at both campuses. Students at the Upper School may also pay by credit card or Apple Pay.
 
HT Logo Masks
The deadline to purchase HT logo masks has been extended to Monday, Aug. 17. We apologize for any trouble you may have had in ordering last week. Log in to onCampus and click the Back to School Paperwork button, optional forms, or order here. Please note, face coverings are required, but this particular style is not. Please review our face covering policy.
