Brevard Mainland Science and Engineering Fair
Congratulations to our Upper School Science Fair award winners!
These five students received multiple awards: Anik Naik, Isabella Weiner, Alina Zaidi, Sophia Weiner and Faz Zaidi.

All five students won 1st place in their respective categories in the Brevard Mainland Science and Engineering Fair, including two Best of Shows and two Runner-up Best Of Shows:
Junior Division
Alina Zaidi - 1st Place Plant Sciences, Best Of Show
Anik Naik - 1st Place Biomedical and Health Sciences, Runner-up Best Of Show
Senior Division
Faz Zaidi - 1st Place Plant Sciences
Isabella Weiner - 1st Place Engineering, Best Of Show
Sophia Weiner - 1st Place Environmental Engineering, Runner-up Best Of Show
Additionally:
- with their 1st place wins, all five students will advance to the Florida State Science & Engineering Fair (SSEF) at the end of March.
- with her Best Of Show, Isabella automatically advances to the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in May. Sophia's runner-up placing means she is in the run-off for an additional ISEF bid.
- Alina and Anik have been invited to compete in Broadcom Masters.
- Isabella and Sophia have been invited to compete in the Lockheed Martin Science Challenge.
